This is a program designed to empower women from rural communities in Ghana economically, socially and politically. The program seeks to give women skills training  in the areas of Mushroom production, detergent making, beads making and food processing as well as other lucrative ventures to support their families and also enhance the development of their children. The program is also designed to give women startup and financial literacy education in order to help sustain the business of these women.

The program is designed to train 500 women every year and support them to start their businesses. The program also put the women into groups to enhance them access financial support from the banks in their locality to expand their business. Due to limited support, since 2016, the program has trained 260 from the various communities; Nkawiepanin and kuma, Abira, Wurapong, Seidi, Kobeng, Kyereyaase, Nerebehi and Nkawie Zongo.
